New Mexico Energy Library, Inc.

The New Mexico Energy Library, Inc. (NMEL) of Roswell, New Mexico is a not-profit corporation formed in 1966 by independent oil operators and geologists in Roswell. The Library has continued to expand and has become a very reputable source of information for New Mexico.

We have extensive geophysical log coverage on both hard copy and/or microfiche for New Mexico.  NMEL is the most extensive source for logs and well files for both the New Mexico portion of the Permian and San Juan Basins. NMEL has extensive statewide coverage of sample logs and sample descriptions, mud logs, core analysis. DST's and paleontology reports.
